Two loudmouths in a bar

April 22, 2015

There's two of us, each louder than the other, probably drunk and way too happy to hear our own voices, but that's okay, cause you don't have to listen if you don't want to, and in our humble opinions (not at all influenced by the booze, we promise), we sometimes have some pretty smart and/or interesting things to say. Like did you know that the English words head, chief, chef and capo, as well as German Kopf and Haupt, are all outcomes of the same original Proto-Indo-European word, via different routes of inheritance and borrowing? It's true. I swear it.
